A short walk across the main road to the beach, which has a small inlet which is sheltered from wind and to enjoy lovely sunsets with a glass of wine.A great walking/bike track nearby also.We can highly recommended Peppermint Park which we would place as the number one place to stay, equal only to a park in Coffs Harbour which was also excellent. The owners and staff were so polite and would do their best to acommodate any request of ours, very helpful.
It makes me tired watching the friendly staff continually rotating the sprinklers to make it pleasant for us very relaxed caravaners.The bathrooms and laundrys are kept immensely clean. Trees everywhere for lots of shade, and plenty of green grass. We loved it so much we extended for another week. We booked into Peppermint Park for a week and used it as a base to see the area as it is so central to the Margaret River region. We have been traveling around Australia for the past 6 months, working from our van (computer work) as we go.
